Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your Gypsy of Eden online purchase, please call us firstly on 0439 989727 to discuss whether you would like a full refund or exchange. PLEASE NOTE: We do not pay any additional money for you to send back your order. We can only refund up to the full amount of the garment but nothing extra.

Products must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Sale Item – We have a no return, no refund policy on sale items. 

All product must be returned in the same condition you received it; unworn and unwashed, Just email us at gypsyofeden@gmail.com within the time frame specified, advising us of your order number/reference, and specify whether you would like to exchange or receive a refund, and return by standard mail (please do not request signature proof delivery) to Gypsy Of Eden P.O Box 268, Port Douglas, 4877.
