Policies & Terms: To comply with Australian export
regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
Refused packages: In the event where a parcel
is not claimed or refused by the receiver over duties and taxes, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to Gypsy of Eden, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.
Delivery Delays: During busy sale periods or new collection launches, your order may not always be delivered within the specified delivery timeframes. We are unable to provide compensation to customers for any unexpected delays with your delivery once the item has been dispatched. These delays are out of the control of Gypsy of Eden. If you wish to seek compensation for any inconvenience caused, you may wish to contact the courier directly.
I’m so in love with this Frill Top in the Salmon Fern Batik! The hand-stamped design is absolutely gorgeous, and the color is so soft and elegant.
This top is stunning! The hand-stamped Batik fabric really makes it feel special, and I love the salmon fern motif. The fabric is light and breathable, and the scalloped, double-layered bodice gives it a really flattering fit.
